What starts as simply collecting data from any compatible power meter (either native Accuenergy devices or third-party meters through gateways) evolves into a multifaceted platform where users can monitor, analyze, and act on energy usage across facilities. The system captures electrical parameters such as voltage, current, power, and demand at fine granularity (5-minute intervals) to build a rich dataset for long-term trend analysis. Its dashboards and reporting modules enable facility managers or energy engineers to segment energy by time, by load, or by system, correlating consumption with operating schedules or external influences like temperature to surface anomalies or optimization opportunities.
