Alarm Control Center (ACC), developed by Alarm IT Factory GmbH, is a scalable and modular alarm management solution designed to transmit fault and operational messages from process control and visualization systems directly to responsible personnel. It automatically sends alerts via SMS, push notifications, email, voice calls, pagers, and other communication channels, ensuring rapid response in critical situations. If an initial recipient does not acknowledge the alert within a defined timeframe, configurable escalation steps automatically forward the message to additional recipients or groups, guaranteeing accountability and continuous monitoring. ACC supports redundant server configurations for high availability and load balancing, enabling operations ranging from a few daily messages to over a million per month in multi-shift industrial environments. The system integrates seamlessly into existing telecommunications infrastructures using agents, minimizing interface complexity and enabling connection to almost any process control or manufacturing execution system. The ACC mobile app for iOS and Android provides real-time visibility into alert status and acknowledgment history.
