Pros & Cons

  • I like most about this software is that we have the ability to configure in house and we do not have to go to the vendor.
  • This product is relatively easy to use, and I like the willingness of our contacts and the Help Desk to help me figure out how to make some things work.
  • Customer service has been superb, with prompt issue resolution and representatives being available for consultation.
  • The BPI system team is great to work with, very responsive, and willing to help provide support and suggestions when needed.
  • There are some tools that are difficult to create in the environment or not available in the environment.
  • The workflow building process is not very time efficient. An embedded WYSIWYG workflow editor/form builder would eliminate the time it takes to build a workflow through multiple record testing, etc.
  • It's hard to tell if the changes I did will work out as I thought it would.
  • The BPI system Software has forced us to review our process to understand that many of the complexities are with our process.
