- They are amazing at helping navigate the system, and they get back to you very quickly
- It is a great system with many tools to help us with our events, fundraising, and operations.
- One great thing about this software are the donation forms; emails can be sent out of DMS
- Ease of batch adding contributions and issuing tax receipts
- It can be difficult to customize reports
- Rather than allow you full access to all critical fields, they decide which ones you can and can't access
- You have to generate multiple reports yourself and then do the analysis
