CloudBroker Platform

CloudBroker Platform is a cloud middleware and application-store solution designed for running compute-intensive scientific and technical applications across public, private and high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructures. Its primary purpose is to simplify the deployment and execution of batch-oriented applications while automating user, software, computing-resource, job and invoice management. It supports Linux and Windows command-line applications, including both serial and parallel workloads using MPI or other parallelization tools. Users can access applications through a web browser or APIs, while administrators can manage organizations, users, resources, jobs, software and billing from a unified environment. The platform supports infrastructures including Amazon Web Services, CloudSigma, OpenStack, OpenNebula, Eucalyptus and HPC systems, providing flexibility for organizations operating across heterogeneous computing environments. Its interface is particularly suited to technical users who need browser-based access to complex computational workloads without managing each underlying infrastructure separately. It also integrates with external scientific-computing tools such as WS-PGRADE/gUSE, while REST APIs and client libraries support programmatic automation. Deployment is available in hosted and licensed variants, with CloudBroker also providing consulting, training, application porting, cloud deployment and ongoing support.
