Embedded ERP by Boost my Shop is an ERP-focused extension purpose-built to bring enterprise-grade inventory, purchasing and warehouse management directly into e-commerce backends, especially Magento stores. Its core aim is to eliminate disjointed workflows between online sales and operational processes by offering multi-warehouse inventory, intelligent stock reservations, supplier purchase orders, lead-time management, batch/lot and serial tracking, barcode-assisted picking, and automated replenishment rules. The user interface is embedded into the merchant admin so it feels familiar: dashboards and grid views present stock levels, reservation queues, incoming POs and pick lists inline, minimizing context switching for store managers and warehouse operators. Usability is strong for day-to-day tasks—dragging reserve blocks, filtering SKUs and launching pick/pack operations are straightforward—while power users benefit from configurable rules and exportable views. Functionally the solution is pragmatic and commerce-centered: real-time channel synchronization prevents oversells, allocation logic supports backorders and pre-orders, automated reorder points and forecasted demand (based on sales velocity) simplify procurement, and returns/credit flows are integrated with restocking rules.
