EVOLVE Electrical is a purpose-built Revit add-in aimed at electrical contractors, detailers and prefabrication teams who need Revit workflows that are faster, fabrication-ready and easier to manage than stock Revit MEP. Designed “by contractors for contractors,” it focuses on making conduit/cable-tray modeling, spooling/prefab documentation and shop-ready deliverables repeatable and auditable, bringing features such as automated spooling, prefabrication tooling and content portals into the Revit environment. The user interface is integrated directly into Revit via a customizable ribbon and a set of “quick tools” that expose commonly used actions (align runs, route, insert fittings, etc.). This in-app approach reduces context switching: teams can tailor the ribbon to their workflows and access embedded learning (EVOLVE University and one-click tutorial links) from inside the tool, lowering the onboarding time for new users while keeping power users efficient.
