About Extensiv Integration Manager

Extensiv Integration Manager by Extensiv is a powerful software solution designed to streamline the integration process for businesses looking to connect multiple systems and improve data flow.

Extensiv Integration Manager is a cloud based integration platform focused on helping e‑commerce businesses and fulfillment centers automate and unify data between online sales channels, warehouse and order management systems, and shipping software. At its core it serves as a bridge that automatically retrieves orders from carts and marketplaces like Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, Walmart and others, standardizes that data, and routes it into your warehouse management system or fulfillment destination on a schedule you define. Once orders are processed, it pulls shipping confirmations and inventory levels back from the destination systems and updates all connected sales channels so stock and tracking information stays synchronized without manual effort. The platform supports two account types, one for merchants managing their own integrations and another for 3PL fulfillment centers handling multiple merchant connections, giving flexibility for different business structures. Beyond basic data flow automation, Integration Manager includes tools for filtering orders, mapping shipping methods, translating product identifiers, and verifying addresses so operations can be tailored and errors reduced.

Pros & Cons

Pros

Cons
  • Account structure can be restrictive, as connecting to multiple warehouses often requires paying for multiple merchant accounts.
  • Error notifications for duplicate issues or specific sync failures can sometimes be redundant or excessive.
  • Support response times for complex or custom integration projects can be slow during peak periods.
  • The dashboard interface is functional but has been described by some users as dated compared to newer SaaS competitors.
