Pros & Cons

  • I have recommended this to others and everyone that has taken my advice is very pleased with this program as well.
  • GoodSync customer service is great and very responsive. I was able to work out a fair price for a particular situation, specific to my case.
  • Overall this is a great product and I am very satisfied with both the product as well as customer service.
  • Reliable synchronisation allowing good automation options, filtering and an excellent choice of target clouds.
  • This has been going on for 6 years and tech support is worthless. Other backup software I use does not have this problem.
  • The software prompts me to update the version almost every time I use it, which is slightly annoying because updating to the new version takes a few minutes before I can actually run the backup.
  • Useless tech support and a flaky app that stops working when you upgrade your hardware.
  • The inability to start and stop jobs based on a time schedule. Inability to have multiple clients syncing from the same drive/folder without having to re-analyse every time.
