HIMS HospiLogix

NextGen Hospilogix (HospiLogix) is a comprehensive, web-based Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) designed to digitize and streamline hospital operations end to end. Built on open-source technologies, the platform supports hospitals of varying sizes—from small 30-bed facilities to large 800-bed multi-specialty hospitals—and is already deployed in over 100 hospitals across India, including high-profile institutions such as Medanta and government medical units. At its core, HospiLogix brings together clinical, administrative, and financial workflows into a single, integrated system. It covers the full patient lifecycle, including registration, appointments, OPD/IPD management, billing, discharge, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and nursing operations. The solution goes beyond basics with advanced modules for operation theater scheduling, inventory and material management, HR and payroll, insurance and TPA billing, ambulance services, and biomedical equipment maintenance. Specialty modules such as EMR, Oncology, IVF, CSSD, and Infection Control further enhance its suitability for complex clinical environments. A major strength of HospiLogix is compliance and interoperability. It is HL7 and DICOM compliant, NABH and NABL aligned, and capable of integrating seamlessly with medical equipment, PACS, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and third-party applications.
