IBM Netcool Operations Insight provides comprehensive operations management for monitoring the health and performance of IT and network infrastructure across local, cloud, and hybrid environments. The platform combines real-time alarm and alert analytics with historical data analytics to help operations teams identify patterns, investigate incidents, and reduce unnecessary events. Its Operations Management capabilities are powered by IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus fault management and Operations Analytics Log Analysis, bringing event monitoring, searching, and historical analysis into a unified solution. Event Analytics performs statistical analysis of historical event data and uses seasonal and related-event analysis to support the creation of suppression, network, device, and correlation rules. These capabilities can reduce event volumes presented to operators and group related events under parent events. Organizations can optionally extend its capabilities through Netcool Agile Service Manager, which provides visibility into dynamic infrastructure and services through configurable topology views.
