Its primary purpose is to give property and facility teams centralized visibility and control while improving building performance, energy efficiency, indoor comfort and sustainability. The iBOS family includes iBOS nexus, a secure edge gateway; iBOS connect, a cloud integration and application platform; and iBOS energy, an AI-driven application for HVAC and energy optimization. Features include centralized access to multiple buildings and BMS suppliers, one-click remote access, a customizable digital twin, IoT connectivity, real-time dashboards, historical analysis, energy alarms, automated HVAC optimization, weather-based energy planning and thermal-storage modelling. iBOS connect is designed as a “single pane of glass,” allowing facility managers to manage multiple systems without separate VPN connections, while its application marketplace supports additional building applications.
