  • +Cloud Ally is easy to use, both configuring the backup and to search for backed up documents. It has solid features, and there is a really good support team.

What users flag
  • If you need backup for Office 365 mailboxes look no further.
  • Those are separate subscriptions that you can add to your account. It might not be clear to users at first is my only problem.
  • Office 365 backup sometimes hang up or connection failed occur.
  • The billing addresses have changed twice since we started using the software, and we pay a foreign currency fee for payment to a non-US company. It appears to be an Israeli held company at the moment.
