Orion Voice Platform by Orion Labs is a collaboration solution built for frontline and deskless teams that need fast, secure, push‑to‑talk (PTT) voice across locations, devices, and networks. At its core, it replaces or augments traditional two‑way radios with a cloud service that runs on smartphones, tablets, and the web, layering in dispatch, role‑based channels, location intelligence, voice automation, and compliance controls. Key features typically include low‑latency PTT, group and direct calling, priority override, SOS alerts, live mapping, recording/transcription options, and admin tools for provisioning, auditing, and policy.
