Pros & Cons

  • Praxi has everything needed for schools all in one place. From basic information like Student and Parent information to very detailed doctor notes for medicine, and IEP/504 information, scholarship award ID's
  • Teachers can communicate with the parents through the messaging system and the admin team can see if a person received the email and even opened it
  • The online support, especially with [sensitive content hidden], is always easy to use and her knowledge is the best! She can walk me through any issue I have ever had.
  • We use it to manage attendance, library resources, donor records, general payables and receivables, enrollment, after-school classes, school lunches, and registration—all in one convenient platform.
  • There is a steep learning curve when it comes to using Praxischool. Mastering all aspects of the platform has required many hours of dedicated training.
  • Filters and Grids, and my lack of understanding but I just don't get those.
  • Sometimes learning where things are for parents it's not as easy for them. For some reason they always find it a little challenging.
  • The system may be more than necessary for small schools or simple setups.
