Razuna DAM

Razuna is a flexible digital asset management (DAM) platform that began life as an open-source project and has evolved into a commercial cloud and on-premise solution aimed at teams that need secure, brandable control of large media libraries. Its primary purpose is to centralize files and metadata, speed discovery with AI-assisted tagging, and enable collaboration via shared workspaces, white-label portals and extensive format support; key capabilities include bulk upload and drag-and-drop ingestion, support for 450+ file formats with in-browser previews, automatic AI auto-tagging and metadata extraction, custom fields and tag trees, versioning and audit trails, built-in image editing, secure sharing and SSO, and compliance options for GDPR/HIPAA. The user interface is practical and utilitarian rather than flashy: dashboard and folder views emphasize fast access to assets, faceted search and filters are prominent, and administrators can brand the UI and configure workspaces so end users see only what they need; some users note the UI feels a bit dated compared with the newest SaaS competitors, but most appreciate the logical layout that makes common tasks (uploading, tagging, sharing) straightforward.
