Pros & Cons
- Ease of use: Responsive is easy to use and integrates into MSFT and SalesForce products easily.
- Customer support: The RFPIO team has been incredibly patient, friendly, and responsive. The level of user support is fantastic.
- Reporting capabilities: Love the reporting capabilities.
- Discussion section: Glad to have the discussion section for documenting conversations.
- Progress tracking: As a manager, the ability to track progress in real-time and review responses is excellent.
- Automatic answer functionality: The extensive repository and auto-answer functionality.
- Collections feature: The "Collections" feature is extremely helpful.
- Lack of text / content formatting options in Response / Answers pane.
- Elements of the RFPio projects interface are difficult to understand. There are too many places where a click opens up a menu of buried options.
- The actual interface of going through managing a project in RFPio is not straightforward and a bit confusing.
- Sometimes we avoid using the system to it's full potential just avoid the export to word process.
- Copy and paste function sometimes doesn't work properly.
- Search is terrible. It constantly misidentifies what I'm searching for and shows completely unrelated results.
