I was a 3dcart customer, and the customer service, when they were owners, was very good. They were helpful, responsive, and patient.
Its program has almost everything you need for better development the support people are great and are available to help you.
Our company is looking for a reliable Platform for over growing company. We are still using our Free trial and overall it is very impressive.

By far the worst customer support I have experienced in a while.
The customer service was one of the worst i have dealt with. Even adding additional sliders wind up costing $$$ which is free in Wordpress.
Everything regarding to money gets deferred to a non-working billing department. I left many unanswered messages and no responses.
Absolutely horrible customer service. When issues arise it can be hard to get in touch with someone to help with the problem.
