- Being a long time Notion user, it was a pleasure to use, setup and experience the platform. Fresh look, clean and modern interface.
- The flexibility of the platform is impressive. The team is engaging and very responsive.
- The customer support team is phenomenal - very responsive, super knowledgeable - no doubt the best in the business.
- Users want to use the platform, unlike Notion, which can be confusing.
- One limitation we ran into is the formula spectrum which is smaller than Excel/Sheets which can be a need for workaround in some perspectives.
- I really cannot think of a single thing to dislike. Any time we ask about a change they make it happen.
