  • +The customer support team is phenomenal - very responsive, super knowledgeable - no doubt the best in the business.
What users flag
  • Users want to use the platform, unlike Notion, which can be confusing.
  • One limitation we ran into is the formula spectrum which is smaller than Excel/Sheets which can be a need for workaround in some perspectives.
  • I really cannot think of a single thing to dislike. Any time we ask about a change they make it happen.
