Pros & Cons

  • I love how robust it is. The search bar feature at the top makes it easy to find what you are looking for in a platform that is really encompassing of any of our retail and restaurant POS needs.
  • This software is robust and packed with very helpful features. Compared to other popular software packages, it is very reasonably priced.
  • I love how easy it is to use and navigate. The set up is easy and the system is fast and effective.
  • It has tremendously improved efficiency and flow of our Taproom. We now have the ability to swipe a card and store credit card information; which is a huge benefit for those of us in co-op spaces.
  • The most thing that brings negative emotions is soft update, there is no any notifications about coming update at all.
  • I have gone from recommending TOAST to experiencing extreme frustration w/ terrible customer service.
  • They have a week’s worth of our money and yet have the audacity and utter bad judgement to drain our bank account for payroll. Why not use OUR money that you have already imprisoned.
  • Their technical support is AWFUL. Every time we have a major support issue- now only does it take them DAYS to respond via email, but they almost always find a way to deflect the blame.
