- Once setup minimal change have been needed. All customization were very easy to update with wonderful help from the support department.
- I thought it was very easy to use and the value for your money is amazing. But most of all, the customer service was great
- Their initial, long timelines are bad but their ability to even meet those is even worse.
- Confusing and difficult implementation process.
- It is very hard to learn at first and the new update in the portal is unwanted.
- Containers that need to be added/deleted along with items that need to be separated into different boxes is frustrating. I go back to using the old format most of the time.
