Pros & Cons

  • Your customer care department is always extremely helpful. Not only do they help to resolve our issues they have always taken the time to educate us on different issues.
  • It's deeply appreciated and I thank you all again for the help I have received in the past.
  • Once setup minimal change have been needed. All customization were very easy to update with wonderful help from the support department.
  • I thought it was very easy to use and the value for your money is amazing. But most of all, the customer service was great
  • Their initial, long timelines are bad but their ability to even meet those is even worse.
  • Confusing and difficult implementation process.
  • It is very hard to learn at first and the new update in the portal is unwanted.
  • Containers that need to be added/deleted along with items that need to be separated into different boxes is frustrating. I go back to using the old format most of the time.
