  • More sophisticated reporting and analytics capabilities, more software customization options, and better customer service are all things I would like to see.
  • I started with Rental when they had a very cheap subscription, so it was the best tool for the buck. It is very slick in looks and is very easy to use.
  • Rentle has been super helpful, any times I have had questions or needed help with anything the team have always been helpful and got me sorted very quickly.
  • To us, we appreciate this function and will opt for the paid services once we reach a threshold of growth that enables us to invest more on the system. Its customer services is outstanding.
  • Missing some translations when using different language than english.
  • Maybe a little confusing backoffice. But not a deal breaker at all.
  • For example, the customer information that can be collected from customers is limited to those related to sports.
  • At the moment only one payment provider and no promo codes.
