Onedot is designed to help organizations manage large volumes of product data efficiently by automating the entire lifecycle of product information transformation. The platform uses artificial intelligence models trained on hundreds of millions of product records to automatically mine data from sources such as supplier websites, PDF catalogs, product sheets, and unstructured documents. Once extracted, the system cleans, normalizes, and enriches the data before mapping it to classification standards like ETIM, ECLASS, GS1, UNSPSC, or TecDoc. This structured product data can then be distributed to ERP systems, product information management platforms, ecommerce systems, and retailer marketplaces. Onedot also enables collaboration between companies and suppliers through a dedicated supplier portal where product data can be validated, edited, and approved within a single workflow. The platform supports product variant generation, asset management, text extraction, and the creation of a “golden record” by consolidating information from multiple sources.
