The service provides a secure, encrypted connection to the university's campus network, enabling users to access restricted resources from off-campus locations as if they were physically present. Key features include data encryption, access to departmental servers and printers, and enhanced security when using public Wi-Fi. The service integrates with Duo for two-factor authentication. It is provided at no direct cost to authorized members of the BU community. Support is available through the university's IT Help Center.
