ECP CRM — part of the broader ECP senior‑living platform developed by Extended Care Professional, LLC — is a well-integrated, cloud-based CRM tailored specifically for assisted living, senior living, and long-term care communities. Rather than using generic CRM solutions, ECP CRM is embedded in a full-suite environment that connects admissions, resident care, medication management, and billing. This “one‑platform‑to‑rule‑them‑all” approach minimizes data silos: when a lead becomes a resident, information flows seamlessly into clinical, care-planning, and billing modules — saving time and reducing administrative errors. Its lead-management features, calendar and email integration, pipeline dashboard, and Move-Ins module are well suited to the admissions and occupancy challenges of senior living providers.
