Oracle Enterprise Communications Platform (ECP) is an enterprise communications, connectivity and device management platform built on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Its primary purpose is to integrate secure, resilient communications into Oracle industry cloud applications while helping organisations manage distributed devices, networks, applications and operational sites through a unified platform. Key features include connectivity management across Ethernet, cellular 4G/5G, wired and satellite networks; edge computing and application management; cloud-managed Wi-Fi and LAN; IoT and mobile device management; real-time network monitoring; location-based asset visibility; automated provisioning and patching; and device security and compliance controls. The Oracle ECP Cloud Connector supports local computing and storage, remote operations, application hosting, and integration with serial and network devices. The platform is designed to scale across thousands of devices and multiple locations, with redundant connectivity intended to support operational continuity in remote and low-connectivity environments. Its interface centralises network health, connected assets, platform activity and security visibility, helping IT and operations teams monitor infrastructure and troubleshoot problems. Integrations include Oracle industry cloud applications, while connectivity partnerships include AT&T, Vodafone Business and Starlink.
