This encompasses all aspects of managing parish members:

Adding new members to the database, including contact information (name, address, phone number, email), family details (spouse, children), and any other relevant information.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information for all members.

Tracking family relationships within the parish, such as spouses, children, and other relatives.

Recording and tracking mass intentions submitted by parishioners.

Tracking donations received from parishioners.

Tracking attendance at various church events, such as masses, Sunday school, and other activities.

Scheduling and managing church events, including dates, times, locations, and speakers.

Managing information related to sacraments, such as baptisms, marriages, confirmations, and other sacraments.

Basic accounting functions, such as tracking income and expenses.

Registering students for catechetical programs.

Monitoring attendance at catechetical classes.

Communicating with parents regarding their child's progress in catechesis.

Managing the curriculum for catechetical programs.

Creating and distributing newsletters to parishioners.

Sending targeted emails to parishioners for announcements, reminders, and other communications.

Sending SMS messages for urgent announcements or reminders (may be an optional module).

Creating and maintaining a church website.

Maintaining central records of sacraments administered throughout the diocese.

Managing administrative procedures for the diocese, such as personnel management and financial reporting.

Handling financial transactions and reporting for the diocese.
