Lobiloo is a beautifully designed, florist-centric business tool that makes planning, estimating, and billing for floral events smooth and efficient. It acts as a digital studio for florists: you can build a visual library of flowers (over 1,800 kinds), design arrangements, and save those designs as “recipes” to reuse for future events. The software is built for event proposals — you can put together stunning, photo-rich estimates for weddings or parties, complete with pricing based on stem counts, markups, and wholesale costs. One of its major strengths is cost management: by tracking your stem counts and using wholesale price data, it helps you minimize waste and hit your margins. Lobiloo also supports payable invoices — you can generate invoices from estimates and send clients a link where they can pay via credit card, and these payments go directly into your bank (via Stripe). Client and venue information, notes, and event details are all stored neatly in the app, making it easy to manage multiple events.
