Overall: Opay is so easy to use and the user experience is amazing. If you want to make a transaction to a bank and that bank service is down, they would inform you before letting you do the transaction. This is absolutely a great feature.

Overall: I really like using OPay for my daily transactions. The app is fast and reliable, transfers go through almost instantly, and I also like that you can track the status of pending transactions, which gives a lot of confidence when sending money. However, one thing I honestly don’t enjoy is the new charge after making more than three transfers to other banks in a day. It feels a bit limiting, especially for people who do multiple transactions regularly. I think the service is great overall, but that particular policy could be improved.
