The platform lets users build event-triggered notifications and send email alerts to administrators or examinees using customizable templates. OWL allows users to create online tests, add videos, audios, text or images, randomize questions, control response time and upload media files using a drag-and-drop interface. The community library helps professionals access multiple test patterns and language skill assessments in various languages such as French, German, Italian and more. Students or candidates can utilize the platform to fulfill registration processes for self-assessment, placement or certification tests and opt to receive confirmation emails after completion. Plus, evaluators can use the rater module to review examinee responses using custom rubrics or scoring guides, give feedback, and add audio comments to demonstrate correct oral responses. OWL uses learning tools interoperability (LTI) technology for businesses to integrate the solution with several third-party student or employee information management systems.
