Report Engine is a powerful reporting tool integrated with ECSS and CE2000 Version 7 and higher, designed to provide comprehensive, customizable reporting for claims processing and system usage monitoring. It allows users to generate detailed reports based on transactional data captured during normal operations, offering insight into claim histories, audits, drug utilization, and other specialized reporting needs. With a separate installation and its own user guide, the software enables system administrators to define access levels, set user IDs, and select additional user-defined fields, providing control over data collection and reporting. The Report Engine captures 40 standard NCPDP fields and allows up to 40 additional fields unique to each organization’s requirements. Reports can be created using flexible layouts, with options to include column totals, page numbers, and record counts. Finalized reports can be displayed, zoomed, printed, or exported to text or HTML formats, and the underlying SQL queries are fully accessible for transparency and further customization. It can handle single or multi-year datasets and can pull data from multiple networked systems.
