- Great service, amazing customer service team always ready to help. Easy to use and to play with.
- Many features that allow for quick creation of rotas including some useful automation. App is user friendly and perfect for colleagues to check their rota and mark availability.
- It’s easy to use and has some fantastic features to ensure doing rotas is smoothly run. Commission reports are also super handy and easy to fill in daily.
- I have very little that I cannot praise this software on. The app is excellent and makes creating rotas, filling timesheets and authorisating absence very easy.
- The mobile app often crashes which can be inconvenient due to then being unable to see when you start your shift.
- It can be quite frustrating when you are having to redo work because of this.
- It sometimes can be a bit laggy, and the leave system can be confusing to navigate at times.
- But aside from this, the worst thing is that it's sometimes a bit slow to get going.
