Pros & Cons

  • Point of Care is a great feature for CNA documentation. Utilzing the dashboard to see real time the progress of documentation is key for leadership.
  • Also, being able to troubleshoot without the help of technical support is amazing. The pulse community is extremely active (timely responses) and super friendly.
  • I like the links within the software, the ability to link progress notes to care plans is a nice tool to utilize when following up/looking into falls.
  • Implementation is amazing - the dedicated team for implementing will ensure; the the software is set up exactly to what you need, and you are trained fully before you go-live.
  • Workflow and layout are not user friendly. Aesthetically unpleasant for the eye.
  • The response time/ time it took for PCC to correct errors.
  • Due to staffing shortages it takes a bit longer to get a hold of customer service. I understand the staffing issues, but an hour wait is a long time.
  • There are a lot of functions that we do not use, and sometimes the back-end set-up is difficult - but that should be expected on a complicated product.
