Pros & Cons

  • The customer service was amazing. Very helpful and worked with me through all my issues.
  • I feel really confident in using their platform thanks to the amazing onboarding experience. Our company has referred several other CPG brands to try them out and everyone agrees - SKU IQ is superior.
  • Really good and helpful costumer service. I'm new using the app and so far is a 10/10 the app provides all the information and tutorial you need to fulfill all your requests.
  • The easy of use is the most important to me. The integration with Shopify and Tiktok was seamless.
  • When the interface doesn't work, it is difficult to maintain inventory management between the two systems.
  • We have had a few weird issues where our software has become uninstalled. SKU IQ can quickly fix it, just a little time consuming to have to contact them in order to do so.
  • In the beginning there was a problem which took a while to be figured out. Caused some malfunctioning of the software and a lot of false inventories.
  • I didn’t find most of it hard. I guess I had to delete some repeaters manually but that’s it.
