Pros & Cons

  • The support team actually knows the hospitality struggle and responds via Telegram instead of some clunky ticket system.
  • Having your staff rotas and kitchen screens in one place stops you from constantly switching between different apps.
  • They actually listen to your ideas and push out new software updates every couple of weeks to fix things.
  • The interface is clean enough that a new starter can pick it up without a week of training.
  • It scales properly from a single coffee shop to a whole chain without losing track of your stock levels.
  • If you aren't in the hospitality industry, this software is going to have way too many features you won't use.
  • The 8am to midnight support is great, but if your bar runs until 3am, you’re on your own.
  • Running everything on iPads means you're stuck buying Apple gear which isn't exactly the cheapest option for hardware.
  • While they have a "shop," the total cost of all the different modules can get pricey as you add features.
  • Being very feature-heavy means there’s a bit of a learning curve to set up the back-office side correctly.
