The "Single Thread" option uses a consistent sending number for each recipient, organizing replies into a single conversation thread much like personal mobile phone conversations. This is ideal for straightforward, one-on-one communication. "Multithreaded" messaging, on the other hand, allows for multiple simultaneous conversations with the same recipient using different sending numbers. This caters to more complex communication needs, where various departments or agents might interact with the same customer.
