To use Solevant, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be barred from using our services under applicable laws
• Complete the registration process accurately and truthfully, if applicable

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password and login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Solevant offers temporary "burner ID" functionality for anonymous participation:

• Burner IDs allow you to post content without revealing your primary account identity
• Content posted using burner IDs remains subject to these Terms
• Abuse of anonymity features to circumvent moderation or harassment is prohibited
• We reserve the right to identify users of burner IDs in case of legal violations

While Solevant is a global platform, certain features or content may be restricted in specific regions due to local laws or business decisions. You agree to comply with all applicable local restrictions when using our Platform.

Our Platform allows you to post reviews, comments, forum posts, edits, and other content. When posting content, you:

• Retain ownership of your content, but grant us a license (as described below)
• Are solely responsible for the content you post
• Represent that you have all necessary rights to share such content
• Understand it may be viewed by the general public

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
• Contains false information intended to mislead others
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malicious code, viruses, or harmful components
• Constitutes unsolicited commercial communications or spam
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Contains explicit, obscene, or pornographic material

Solevant employs community moderation to maintain quality standards:

• Users may flag inappropriate content for review
• Trusted community members may have expanded moderation privileges
• AI systems may be used to detect policy violations
• We reserve the right to make final moderation decisions

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or edit any content that violates these Terms
• Modify or remove content for accuracy, clarity, or compliance reasons
• Edit wiki-style content according to community guidelines
• Take appropriate action against violating accounts

We do not actively monitor all posted content but will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Subject to these Terms, Solevant grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes.

The following elements of our Platform are owned by Solevant or its licensors:

• Trademarks, logos, and brand features
• Website design, layout, and interface elements
• Software code, algorithms, and technological processes
• Platform-generated content and data compilations
• AI-generated insights and recommendations

You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute these elements without our express permission.

By posting content on our Platform, you grant Solevant:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license
• To use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display your content
• For the purposes of operating and improving our Platform

This license continues even if you stop using our Platform

Wiki-style contributions and certain community content are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), which allows:

• Sharing and adaptation of the content
• Commercial and non-commercial use
• With appropriate attribution to the original contributor(s) and Solevant
• With the requirement that derivative works be shared under the same license

While we strive to provide accurate information:

• Software listings and specifications may contain errors or be outdated
• User reviews reflect personal opinions and experiences, not our own
• We cannot verify the accuracy of all user-contributed content
• AI-generated insights are algorithmic interpretations, not guarantees

You should independently verify critical information before making decisions based on Platform content.

Solevant does not endorse:

• Any specific software product or vendor
• Opinions expressed in user reviews or forums
• Third-party websites linked from our Platform

Inclusion of software or vendors in our listings does not constitute a recommendation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Solevant provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the past twelve months
• We are not responsible for business decisions made based on Platform information

Our Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for:

• Content, policies, or practices of third-party services
• Availability or functionality of external links
• Damages resulting from your use of third-party services

Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Following the account deletion process in your account settings
• Contacting our support team at support@solevant.com

Content you've posted may remain on the Platform according to our content license terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms or our content policies
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities
• Post spam or prohibited content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or attack our Platform
• Have been inactive for an extended period

We may terminate access without prior notice for serious violations.

Upon termination:

• You lose access to your account and associated features
• Previously posted content remains subject to the license granted in these Terms
• All provisions that should survive termination continue in effect
• We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

We may modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will:

• Post the updated Terms on our Platform
• Update the "Last Modified" date at the top of the Terms
• Notify you via email or through a notice on our Platform

Your continued use of Solevant after changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

• We encourage you to contact us first to try to resolve any disputes informally
• If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
• Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association
• The arbitration will take place in Delaware, United States
• The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding

You agree to resolve any disputes with Solevant on an individual basis, and not as part of a class action, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights pending the completion of arbitration.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Solevant regarding your use of our Platform.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
