Pros & Cons
- Overall I feel like this program is user friendly and does a good job. I am happy with this program.
- The software gives a great snapshot of my team and their hours.
- The customer service has always been very good, they are responsive whenever I have had an issue which isnt very often.
- I like the ease of moving through different employees and having all of their information such as rates, raises, contact info, etc. in one place.
- There is very little training available. You have to contact attendance on demand to change any settings in the payrules.
- The confusing parts to Attendance on Demand or as we call is AOD is reading the displayed number of hours remaining/accrued for sick and vacation time. It is not clear and it is very confusing.
- Let's start with errors in the system prompted a lawsuit, 2 years later we are still trying to settle. The company behind us went out of business...they used the system and ended up in a lawsuit.
- Outdated, UI is terrible, small font. Application is restricted to a tiny corner of your screen... not responsible, not mobile enabled.
