Chase App

Chase App is a field force / sales employee tracking software designed to give managers visibility and control over the daily activities of field teams. It combines live tracking, task and target assignments, attendance, leave management, allowances, and reporting. The core strength of the application lies in its ability to reduce the overhead of manually checking in with field agents by giving managers real-time data about where agents are, what they are doing, and whether tasks and targets are being met. For example, managers can view employees’ live location on a map, define their intended routes for the day, monitor check-in and check-out times, approve or reject leave requests, and handle expense claims such as travel allowances. Agents in turn can submit enquiries from the field, mark their appointments and status, apply for leaves, claim allowances, and report on daily visits. The dashboard/historical view allows exporting of reports for metrics such as visited vs non-visited appointments, attendance summaries, earnings or performance against targets over daily or monthly timeframes.
