CorEMR is an electronic medical records system specialized for correctional healthcare institutions—jails, prisons, juvenile detention centers, and similar settings. Founded in 2004, CorEMR has become a recognized name in this niche owing to its deep understanding of the workflow, constraints, and compliance requirements unique to correctional medical environments.
