Pros & Cons

  • The ease of how my clients can book thier won appointments online, which I accept on my end. The ease of booking them right from my phone anywhere I am.
  • I liked the ease of use, and credit card processing is really nice. The online booking system is user friendly, not pretty but user friendly.
  • We love our software, and are finding more and more great reports and features that we never had in the past.
  • It's nice and I love the new look on the mobile version- I opened my Ipad to a surprise this morning and it was better and lovelier than ever.
  • I should have waited to use Salon Iris until they had implemented them. My disappointment is due to my frustrations.
  • I don't have any dislikes about the software my dislike comes from my business was closed for three months due to the pandemic yet your company continue to charge me I don't think it's right.
  • Very disapointed when your sending several emails continuously regarding a problem your having or fi.
  • There are reports that are false and give me misinformation that I desperately need. For instance the rebook report counts the services not the tickets.
