iDoperation from NTT TechnoCross is an enterprise‑level privileged access management solution that helps organisations control, monitor and secure accounts with elevated rights, such as administrator or root accounts, which if misused can lead to serious security breaches. At its core it provides tools to visualise all privileged identities and privileges in an organisation, automate routine tasks like password changes and account inspections, and create workflows for granting and revoking privileged access based on approval, which helps reduce manual workload and enforce consistent governance. Administrators can set customised workflows that define who gets access, for what purpose, and for how long, and once a period ends or a task is complete, access can be automatically revoked to limit risk. The system also captures detailed access logs from servers and other targets, allowing IT teams to inspect activity and spot unauthorised use, and in some configurations it can record user operations in video to make investigation easier and faster.
