Pros & Cons

  • The onboarding was great, we had all queries answered and the turn around was great. We also appreciate the integration with Microsoft 365 for user signin.
  • Customer services is very good quality. Every one easy to learn and understood this software, it is one of the good management software.
  • Excellent management information, it's easy to use. Software functionality is great as wells as its cost, it bring you good tools to improve the development and selection of personnel in your company.
  • You can always keep great track of useful information about your personnel, their benefits, manage perfectly the leave of theirs but also allows employee self service features.
  • The reports are probably the worst part of this software. I found it difficult to run reports that would work with our accounting software directly.
  • The Orange HRM is not easy to setup and it is also not very stable. There is a risk of the system crushing and user losing all the stored data.
  • My real problem is with customer support. For example to add a new type of leave, you have to have the folks at Orange add it.
  • I adapted some labels to meet our needs and I have no programming skills to do that. Changed the logo, changed some titles and hide what we will not use.
