OsMonitor

OsMonitor is a purpose-built, lightweight employee monitoring solution designed exclusively for Windows operating systems, utilizing a robust client-server architecture. Its core function is to provide comprehensive oversight of all employee computer activity across a local area network or the Internet. The monitoring suite is exceptionally detailed, featuring real-time screen capture, camera-shots, and extensive logs of websites visited (including social media), instant messaging conversations (WhatsApp, Skype, QQ), and Outlook email with attachments. Furthermore, it tracks granular file operations, such as copying, deleting, renaming, and the plugging/ejecting of USB disks. All monitored data is securely stored centrally on the OsMonitor server, guaranteeing the integrity of the records regardless of any client-side deletion attempts. Beyond monitoring, OsMonitor is also a powerful network and restriction management tool. Employers can actively enforce policies by blocking non-business-related applications, games, and specific websites using URL keywords. Hardware restrictions are also available, allowing the blocking of USB drives or setting them to read-only mode, and remotely controlling audio devices. The software facilitates network management, including remote desktop access, remote machine restart/shutdown, and the termination of running application processes.
