  • I have no idea if they corrected the fault just with my account or whether other customers who have been affected but are still in the dark.
  • Useless for marketing, their ‘upgraded’ marketing suite is frustrating and not at all user friendly.
  • I now will have to call my credit card company to block phorest from taking payments. Once they have your money forget getting any answers back from them if your unhappy with the services.
  • They seemed more technical than customer focused, and came across rude and actually a bit obnoxious in their replies, which is very unlike the Phorest communication you normally give.
