RtDUET is a mature, industrial‑grade downtime tracking and operational‑efficiency platform built by RtTech Software. Its core strength lies in capturing both downtimes and slowdowns across assets, processes, or production lines with precision — recording events down to the second, classifying them, and enabling users to split or merge events for accurate root‑cause analysis. Because it integrates deeply with the OSIsoft PI System, it leverages existing process data to generate a rich, validated dataset. With this data, RtDUET automatically calculates key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), availability, utilization, MTBF (mean time between failures), and more. The system’s dashboard is designed for both operators and supervisors — the operator UI is intuitive and role-based, while supervisors can verify or reclassify events, offering checks and balances that help improve data quality. RtDUET also supports configurable reason‑code trees and time‑usage codes to standardize how different types of events affect KPIs.
