  • Deposits to be taken on selected services rather than all services, our barbers use the system for booking but take their own payments so having deposits on everything makes it too confusing.
  • Haven’t found anything yet. Have a couple of staff members petrified to use a computer and even they picked it up straight away.
  • Had trouble with set up. Online booking needs working on.
  • No option to accommodate self-employed stylists that don't checkout through the till, to get reports. Drag-&-drop feature is sometimes difficult.
