Pros & Cons

  • This is a fantastic addition, and on top of it you can do projected earned time up to 20+ years from the current date.
  • An amazing software with extensive knowledge, and a caring real time staff that is always ready to help.
  • Its user Friendly, great reports, easy to navigate, make edits, additions. Great support team to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • I can call anytime with any questions and they help me. I love that it integrates with my payroll software.
  • Adding missed punches was not intuitive but able to be worked through.
  • Terrible and incomplete implementation process. I am hard pressed to think of one thing that has worked as we were told it would.
  • I dislike how difficult it is to initially set up on a phone.
  • Essentially this company lied about what I was purchasing and the time myself and my staff would need to spend on it.
