Pros & Cons

  • It is a very useful follow-up resource in health care services, which simplifies the processes and is very useful in its management from my cell phone and computer.
  • We appreciate the ease of use and the ability for employees to send attendance requests seamlessly.
  • It gives our staff an appreciation for being responsible for monitoring their leave time. It is very easy to use, and I would highly recommend it for any small business.
  • I am very pleased with TrackSmart and the ability to record all the necessary areas for my 12 employees. The price is very reasonable and I will continue to be a customer.
  • We pay bi-monthly so this has messed up some hourly workers - for example if an employee takes 5 days off and it starts on the 14th and ends on the 19th - all of the time off will go onto the 14th.
  • Lack of custom reports and Lack of ability of supervisors being able to approve timesheets on their phones.
  • Glitchy being it'll get held up when I try to open something. And, more recently, I'll use the drop down and it flashes and I have to go off the page and come back on before it'll work normally.
  • We had an issue with an upgrade that messed up our PTO totals.
