Pros & Cons

  • It is easy to use and allows me to access employees personal information whenever needed. Its features like time tracking, custom rules for leaves, and approval settings are excellent.
  • Great - has been an excellent step into the HRMS world from our spreadsheets and manual processes. Good support, great price, deep feature set.
  • Overall our experience with Zoho People has been excellent, we are relying it as an integral part of how our organization works. The sales and support teams are fantastic and very friendly.
  • All essential Capabilities out of the box & customization capabilities. Loved the workflow capabilities.
  • The main issue we faced with this software is the API limitation that has a maximum of 200 record per request.
  • The lack of decent support even for paid plan, and lack of basic features, only shows what low quality/bar they have set out for themselves.
  • Basic support is useless (i called with 3 questions, hung up with 3 unaswered questions and having lost 45mn). Unsufficient documentation.
  • However, in general, customer support is very bad. Very slow response time.
